- 2 photos from the back (those two positions: #1 and #2).

You do not have to be completely nude! We don't ask for nude pictures!
I repeat, you must bear some underwear or wrapped material around your hips!

It is recommended that the pictures be taken outside, in good light, so that all your biometric details are visible. The photos must be of good quality and very clear. If you have some particular signs on your body (scars, unhealed wounds, tattoos, moles or warts, etc.) it is good to pay special attention to them. A software algorithm analyzes all those photos and creates a personal biometric profile (yours) that will be used for authentication (at the time of delivery). Your parcel is cataloged as HVC type (high value content), so it will be delivered only to you, in the presence of the local manager. All the related costs (handling, storage, customs clearance) are already paid by the Sender, so you will have only to sign a package receipt document and that's all. There are no additional costs for you.

Dear Sir,

I confirm that I have received those biometric photos and will send them to the IT department for study and approval. From my own experience I can tell you that they will be automatically rejected by the authentication software, due to the fact that they are made in the dark, inside. I explained very clearly in my previous email that the photos must be taken outside, in bright light, so that any particular signs can be noticed/analyzed.

The automatic analysis procedure takes 18-24 hours, but if you want to gain time, it would be good to take another set of photos, in very optimal lighting conditions, tomorrow morning. The alternative is to wait those 24 hours until the computer finishes the biometric renderings procedures and issues the valid / invalid verdict.

If the verdict is negative (and from my previous experience I am sure that these pictures will not be accepted) we will have to wait another 24 hours. So, it is preferable that tomorrow we can send for analysis some new photos taken under the conditions required by the Regulation.
