In the past I have found $25-$50 Lads rather lacking in the ability to think big, and I stopped baiting them. But after reading dm60's scambaitingforum.com/thread/2472/reverend-charles-united-nations thread I thought I would give one a chance to prove me wrong. Below are our interactions, so far. Mark (The Lad):Hello!! How are you doing? Mark:
This is Mr. Mark Robinson from the FedEx office, We received some reports from the CIA and FBI that you have paid so much money in other to receive your funds but nothing works so far. Today, the white house has released your legit funds worth $55 Millions USD Total. So get back to me and tell me how you want to receive it. 1. Atm card 2. Cash 3. Cashier Check Mark:
That's my ID card Cyril:
Dear Mark I would like the $55 million delivered in cash please. Toodle-pip Cyril Mark (This is were Cyril would loose interest):
Alright but you have to pay the sum of $50 for the delivery fees and is only the fee is what you have to made so that we can deliver immediately to your home address okay Cyril:
Dear Mark What kind of delivery can I expect for $50? Surely that is a typo? I would expect to be paying at least $500 for the secure delivery of a sum of that magnitude. Toodle-pip Cyril Mark:
Listen what do you mean by that, the delivery fee is only $50 unless you don't want your funds to be deliver to you Mark:
Is the government that put the fees not me and am not after your money for you to tell me the option that's not needed okay Mark:
So try your best and pay the fees or else your funds will be remain in our custody okay Mark:
What's delaying you because you don't have to waste much times on this transaction but if your will is to make the payment which the government doesn't sign, is your own choice okay Cyril gets around to replying this morning:
Dear Mark There is no way that I am going to allow my $55 million to be delivered without adequate security. $50 is definitely not going to provide that. In fact I have been thinking about it overnight and I have come to the conclusion that even $500 seems too little for the secure delivery of such a large amount of money. Can you arrange for the money to be delivered via the CIA or FBI. I would feel a lot more comfortable knowing that such a task has been entrusted to either of those fine governmental agencies. I would even be willing to pay up to £2000 for the peace of mind this course of action would afford me. I hope to receive some positive news from your good self in your next email. Toodle-pip Cyril Will Mark reply?

Well, thank you muchly for your post PandaHead00. It allows me to update the thread before the specified 12 hour has elapsed (double posting rule). However, don't be surprised if a Mod deletes it as it only seems to be a complete quote of my first post.
Mark (within 3 hours of Cyril's last email):
I agree with you. So when will you be able to make the payment so that there will be no obstacle till you receive your funds okay
Mark:
I will arrange the needed security, so that everything will be successful done okay... So you have to make the payment of $750 usd okay
Mark:
Once you make the payment we can deliver immediately and you have to do that as soon as possible, secondly reconfirm your fully information so that we can't make any mistakes on delivery okay
Mark:
Even if we can open account for you immediately so that everything will be successful done immediately okay
Mark:
Once is done you will receive your funds immediately okay
Mark:
Listen every arrangement will cost you $750 okay, so which way will you be able to make the payment immediately so that I will proceed to your home address immediately
Mark:
Don't keep me waiting because is because of you am texting right now
Mark:
Is because of you that am online now just to text you and confirm you're willing immediately
Mark:
All this message will be the last message I have to sent you if you don't want to comply
Cyril:
Dear Mark
Don't get your knickers in a twist, my friend. I only popped into the village to get some bread, milk and my morning paper. How was I to know that you would respond so promptly? And another thing that might be advantageous as we move forward would be to put everything you need to tell me in a single email instead of all these separate ones. It would certainly make things a lot easier for me. Anyway, reading through what you've sent I am happy to see that you are prepared to arrange things, but could you please let me know if you will be having the funds delivered by the CIA or FBI. Or perhaps you have chosen a joint agency approach to the delivery. That would probably be best as it is my understanding that the FBI can only operate domestically whereas the CIA is well known for it's operations all over the world. That would certainly be advantageous once my $55 million reaches the UK. I still think $750 is a bit cheap to cover everything that will be required to facilitate the movement of $55 million in cash to my doorstep, but you're the expert so I'll accept that fee with many thanks. Please send the bank account details so that I can get the fee off to you ASAP.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark:
I accept your offer. But you have to make the payment through gift card or bitcoin immediately okay but if you prefer for the bank I will do that okay
Cyril:
Dear Mark
Of course I'd prefer a bank to bank transfer. Send me your account details right away.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
No reply from Mark yet, but hopefully he'll cough up a bank account.

Mark comes through with the goods.
Mark: How much will you be able to pay right now
Mark: Bank Name: chase bank
Account Name: Redacted
Account Number: Redacted
Routing Number: 021000021
Swift code: CHASUS33XXX
Bank address:
3515 Broadway, New York, NY 10031
Mark: Once you send it just, sent me the receipt immediately, so that the cashier will confirm immediately
Cyril: Dear Mark
Thanks for providing the account details that will allow us to move forward. Unfortunately it is too late to get to my bank in Southampton before it closes today, but rest assured I shall make every effort to transfer the $750 tomorrow morning.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: No problem, I understand. But can't you make the payment on bitcoin or through gift card
Mark: So that I will confirm it first
Mark: I don't think that my cashier will be at work tomorrow... So update me to know the account I will send you tomorrow okay, but if she is at work you will send it over there okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
If you're not sure your cashier will be available tomorrow you can send me another account now. I want to make an early start to get to the bank and I really do not want to be hanging around waiting to find out if your cashier is going to be working or not. Let me know if that's what you want to do.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Just update me that early morning okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
Update you about what?
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Before the payment and which time will you be able to do that because our time is different from yours okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
What time of the day would be a good time for you? It's 18:37 here at the moment. What time is it where you are.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: 13:47 right now
Cyril: Dear Mark
Okay, I'll try to work something out, but I've been thinking about things and if you really want the $750 today I could pop into the village and send it from the MoneyGram outlet in the village store. Mr Patel's store doesn't close until 9pm so I still have plenty of time to do that if you want me to.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: You can send it now if you can do that so that the cashier will confirm now okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
Do you want me to send the $750 via MoneyGram to REDACTED? Shall I use her name as the receiver of the funds?
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Yes
Cyril: Dear Mark
I'll head off to the village now. I should be back within an hour or so.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Okay just send me the receipt after the payment okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
The fee has been sent. Please see attached receipt.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Send the receipt clear
Mark: I will get back to you immediately okay
Mark: Please Make the slip clear or bright please
Unfortunately, Cyril (not being a young man) has already toddled off to bed and hasn't seen Mark's last three emails.

What started a rather lacklustre day has suddenly turned into a rather frantic one in the last hour. Not sure why, but it's all good.
Cyril: Dear Mark
Sorry that I have only just seen your last three emails, but I went off to bed as soon as I'd sent you my email with the attached receipt. I'm not as young as I used to be and yesterday was quite exhausting for me. I'm not used to all this thinking and running about merlarky. Anyway, If you could be so kind as to get back to me explaining exactly what the problem is I'll try to rectify it. Hope to hear from you soon.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: No problem, I understand.
Mark: Don't be offended if I may ask, do you know about bitcoin please?
Cyril: Dear Mark
Sorry that I'm only just getting back to you, but I had to take Chumpy to the vets. The silly bugger got a grass seed stuck up his nose on his walk this morning and could not stop trying to sneeze it out. Still, I wouldn't be without him, even if he has just cost me the best part of £150. Do you like dogs Mark? I've found them to be rather therapeutic when situations are becoming a bit stressful. And God knows I need him now. Weren't you supposed to be letting me know if your cashier was working today, but Instead you're waffling on about Bitcoin. What has Bitcoin got to do with the matter in hand?
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Silence from Mark. So Cyril tries again.
Cyril: Dear Mark
What's going on? Is the cashier in today, or not?
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Still silence, and then....
Mark: No don't be offended I will update you tomorrow okay
Mark: She doesn't come to work And am not around okay... So everything will be successful done tomorrow please, just understand me okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
I have to say that I find the lackadaisical approach you have shown today rather worrying. However, I will grant you the extra time you need to get this matter sorted out.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark: Okay thanks
Silence again, then a flurry of activity. Has Mark suddenly decided to think big?
Mark: I will proceed tomorrow as I told you earlier but small obstacle comes up, so we need your opinion immediately because we have to settle the FBI and custom immediately and I will also gives you a tracking number immediately this payment is done, so you have to understand me please, and the fees will only cost you only £2,200 pounds which is $2900 usd, this fees will cover up everything immediately and once the payment is done you will be able to receive your funds immediately, so if you will be able to make the payment today or tomorrow I will give you our UK bank details immediately so that you will make the payment over there immediately okay.
Mark: Am sorry that I don't alert or tell you on time about this fee that comes up, but just try your best because once the payment is done everything will be successful done okay, thanks for understanding
Mark: I will like this transaction to complete and successfully done tomorrow that's why I text you right now okay, so that we can proceed immediately without delaying anytime okay
Mark: I asked you about bitcoin earlier because I have a bitcoin wallet which will be the easiest way to payment, that's why I asked if you know about that but if you prefer to make the payment through bank to bank, there is no problem, but I prefer you make the payment through bitcoin so that I will receive it immediately okay
Mark: ust get back to me with your best opinions so that we can sort everything out immediately okay, thanks for understanding
Mark: Listen even if you can make the payment of £2000 through bitcoin because of small charges that will involve, I will send you my wallet immediately even if you don't know about it, you will go to the bitcoin store so that they will help you about that, but your decision needed immediately because I can't force you okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
I've just read through your latest emails and I have to say that I am a bit surprised that the fee has shot up from $750 to $2900. Don't get me wrong, £2200 won't be a problem, but does that include the $750 I have already sent via MoneyGram or is this an additional fee? As for Bitcoin, I think we can forget about that and just stick with the planned bank transfer. Can you please clarify the exact amount I will need to send and do you still want me to send it to the account you have already provided or do I need to send it to a different account now that the FBI are involved. Get back to me ASAP as I will be off to bed in a few minutes.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Mark has just replied to Cyril's query, but Cyril has already retired for the night and will deal with things in the morning.

Cyril emerges from a peaceful nights sleep to find Mark's emails of last night awaiting him.
Mark: You have to send £2200 pounds okay
Mark: Is a another fees thats comes up and doesn't included with the $750 okay
Mark: You will send it to our UK account immediately which is different account okay
Mark: Here are my GBP account details at Wise.
Account holder: Redacted Swift/BIC: Redacted IBAN: GB68 TRWI Redacted Bank name and address: Wise Payments Limited
56 Shoreditch High Street London E1 6JJ United Kingdom
Mark: I have send the account details, okay
Mark: So you can make the payment over there okay
Cyril: Dear Mark
Good morning. I'm up bright and early so that I could see if there had been any activity from your side since I took to my bed last night. It's good to see that you have been busy trying to sort things out. However, the first thing I notice is the bank account you have sent is not with any UK bank I recognise. There also does not appear to be an account number on the details you have sent. Who are Wise Payments Limited and why is there no account number? They sound a bit dodgy to me and I really do not feel comfortable sending such a large amount of money to a financial institution that I have never heard of. Send me the bank account details of somebody that uses a trusted UK bank that I have heard of. A bank like Barclays, NatWest, Lloyds, MetroBank, Santander or HSBC would be acceptable. I'm sure that the FBI will be able to help you do that with the assistance of the US Embassy here in the UK. And talking about large amounts of money. Has Ms. Redacted collected the $750 from MoneyGram That I have already sent? If she hasn't I will need to arrange a refund with Mr. Patel so that I can add that to the extra $2900 the FBI and customs now require. Anyway, get back to me with an answer to that question and the new account details that I have requested. Hopefully. If you get your finger out we can have everything sorted by the end of play today.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Of course Cyril being Cyril he had no idea that the IBAN contained all the information he would have needed for a successful transfer and was only playing for time and perhaps another bank account.
Mark: I will look into this and get back to you.
Mark: You can use this one As you requested... NatWest Bank
Mark: Account holder: Same name as previous account Account: Redacted Sort code: Redacted Bank : NatWest
Mark: Is our UK account... She made a mistake with the account she sent earlier okay
Mark: Once you send it just drop the receipt too okay
I'm sure Cyril will get on with it right away.

A lot of emails have flown back and forth since my last post. Most of them between Mr. Mark and Cyril trying to sort out the payment of the outstanding £2200. Unfortunately Cyril refused to move forward with the fee transfer without speaking with Mr. Marks cashier/mule Maria about the $750 he had sent her via MoneyGram. So of course, Mr. Mark has now had to create another email account to play Maria. "Maria" seems to be just as thick as Mr. Mark (surprise, surprise) and despite Cyril's best efforts she also refuses/dodges the need to call MoneyGram to obtain the MTCN preferring Cyril gets the $750 refunded and adds it to the £2200 when he makes the bank transfer. At this point Cyril insists that Mr. Mark has somebody from the FBI contact him to arrange things due to Cyril's lack of confidence in Mr. Marks ability to get things done without further mistakes. Enter FBI agent. Page.
Agent. Page: I am the FBI Agent from United States of America.
Under the control of the director Mr Christopher A Wray...
So I contacted you on behalf of the $55 Millions USD which is being approved by the white house /federal authorities to be delivered to you from Mark REDACTED, who told us to contact you as soon as possible when we are doing investigations about everything between both of you and also her cashier Mrs Maria REDACTED, so he said that you demand our present immediately...
Yours Sincerely
FBI Agent
James Page
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
Thank God you have contacted me. I have been having all sorts of problems with Mr. Mark and his cashier Maria. It's hard to decide which one of them is the more stupid out of the two of them. Anyway, now you're involved I think things will run a lot more smoothly. To that end, I need to get the outstanding fee of £2200 paid. I think Maria is still working on retrieving the $750 I have already sent via MoneyGram, but I can't be sure about that as she has not replied to my last two emails. What I need from you is a bank account that I can pay the £2200 into. Mr. Mark has provided three accounts so far, but to be honest I really do not want to use anything the buffoon has supplied. Can you please supply a trusted FBI bank account for the fee transfer. I await your response.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent. Page: I will suggest if you can make the payment to the UK account which he tell us that he sent to you but if not possible I will send you the another account okay
Agent. Page: Listen you have to understand me because am not the only one that's working on behalf of this okay
Agent. Page: Any movement he is taking right now, we have known about it... So without wasting anytime just make the payment to the account okay
Agent. Page (Resends previous account details): Account holder: Redacted Account: Redacted Sort code: Redacted Bank : NatWest
Agent. Page: That's the account he said that he has sent to you, so confirm the account immediately and transfer the £2200 pounds over there okay
Agent. Page: Listen Mr Cyril am busy just reply my messages, let me know your opinion please
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
I think it best that you send me another account. I do not want to use the account Mr. Mark sent me.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent. Page: Okay
Agent. Page: Sorry for the small time taking am little busy about the investigation okay
Agent. Page: Bank Name: Valley Strong Credit Union Account number: Redacted Swift Code: Redacted Account Name: Redacted Receiver’s address: Redacted. Bakersfield, CA. 93306 Rounting number: Redacted Bank Address: P.O.Box 9506 Bakersfield, California 93389-9506 USA
Agent. Page: I have send you the account you requested
Agent. Page: Which time will you be able to make the payment because am busy right now
Agent. Page: So that I will confirm immediately okay
Agent. Page: Just send me the receipt once you make the payment... Are you there?
Agent. Page: I don't know why you snub my messages till now what's the problem please?
Cyril (bright and early): Dear Agent. Page
A very wonderful Sunday morning to you sir. Please let me apologise for my silence, but I went out to the pub Saturday evening with my friend Harold and I went straight to bed when I got home at just after 11pm. It is only now that I have checked my email to find that you have been able to provide the new account details I requested. Please rest assured that I will make all haste to my bank on Monday morning to transfer the £2200 pounds that you require. I will of course still need to get an answer from Mr. Mark's cashier regarding her progress in obtaining the $750 from MoneyGram. Perhaps you can help me with that? Maria has not replied to my last two emails regarding that matter and I am worried that Mr. Mark may have carried out his threat to sack her. Can you please check on her welfare as I do understand from one of Mr. Mark's emails that Maria was very worried that her bank had restricted her ability to access her bank account. He even sent me a screenshot of Maria's desperate message telling him that. I do hope that she is okay and has not done anything silly. I shall try to contact here again myself, but if you could look into this worrying situation that would be most appreciated.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Cyril also checks in on Maria: Dear Maria
Please reply to this email if you are able to. I am very worried by your silence and hope Mr. Mark has not carried out his threat to sack you. That's the last thing you need on top of the bank restricting your access to your account. What I don't understand is why they would do something like that. Mr. Mark intimated that it was my fault in some way, but I never used your account for the transfer of the $750. I sent the $750 to you via MoneyGram, so I fail to see how I can be expected to shoulder any blame for your lack of banking facilities right now. Anyway, I'm sure whatever caused the problem will soon be sorted out after your bank has carried out their investigations. Who knows, you may even get a bit of compensation for the inconvenience it's caused you. And just to alleviate a little bit of the stress that you are under at the moment, I think it would be best that you forget about trying to obtain the MTCN. What I'll do is pop into the village and have a word with Mr. Patel about getting the $750 refunded. If I'm successful in doing that today I will add the $750 to the £2200 I plan to send FBI agent James Page on Monday. I hope that by doing this will take some of the pressure off of you and allow you more time to get your bank account problem sorted out. All I ask in return is that you let me know you are okay. I have asked Agent. Page to check in on you, so please don't be surprised if you get a visit.

A fairly quite Sunday:
Agent. Page: I will look into this and get back to you.
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
Thank you. I still haven't heard from Maria and I am getting a little worried.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent. Page: I receive your message
But we have investigated on that.... So you have to leave the case between two of them to settle because he explains that he employs Maria and we can't judge on it, but do you have anyother problem with that, I will advise you to go and pick your money as he explain that you reported their account before you make the payment and the investigation is still going on, that's why I don't move on to text you, now that everything has resolved, you have to move on with us and any obstacles that comes up... Just contact me immediately okay
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
Please elaborate on the claim that I reported their account. This is at least the second time that Mr. Mark has made such a claim and I am very confused about it. Where has he got the information that I reported their account? Because I can tell you that I know nothing about any reporting of any account. I think Mr. Mark is just trying to deflect the blame for poor Maria's predicament. I suggest that you investigate this matter a little further.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent. Page: Okay just leave everything to me okay... But when will you be able to make the £2200 pounds that you explain that I should give you account, I hope you will be able to make it tomorrow okay... Once the payment is done I will be able to use the prove also to judge him okay
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
I stayed up late this evening in the hope that I would hear from Maria and know that she is safe and well. Hopefully by the morning I shall have that confirmation as I really do not feel comfortable moving forward knowing that she may think I had something to do with her banking problems. I will of course make every effort to obtain a refund of the $750 tomorrow morning when Mr. Patel's store opens. Once I have the $750 in my possession I will certainly make all haste in making the required payment. I'm sure that you can appreciate my concern for Maria's welfare. She is after all a major cause of the problem we are facing and I feel that we may need her help moving forward. Anyway, I'm off to bed now, although I doubt I will sleep well due to the concerns I have about Maria's welfare.

Maria: I'm doing good and you? I told you earlier that I will stop texting you but I was told to do so by the FBI Agent, so is not my duty or work to be texting you, thanks for your concern okay
Cyril to Maria: Dear Maria
All I wanted to know was that you are okay. Now that I know that I can move forward with a lighter heart. Am I right in assuming that you have not tried to obtain the MTCN from MoneyGram? I only ask because the FBI Agent has instructed me to obtain a refund of the $750 I sent you. Obviously I do not want to waste my time bothering Mr. Patel about a refund if you have already collected the $750.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Maria: No, I have not Just go there for the refund please... Thanks for your understanding okay
Cyril To Maria: Dear Maria
I will do that right away. I will also email Agent Page and let him know that's the route we're going to take. Look after yourself.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Cyril to Agent Page: Dear Agent. Page
Good news. I have heard from Maria and she says she is fine. That is obviously a relief to me as I can't help feeling that Maria and I could certainly become good friends. Maria was able to confirm that she has not had a chance to pick up the $750 I sent her via MoneyGram and we have agreed that the best course of action is for me to get a refund and add the $750 to the £2200 when I send it to the account you have provided. I shall nip into the village right now and arrange the refund with Mr. Patel.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent Page: Okay That's good.
Agent Page: So when will you be able to make the payment
Agent Page: Has Mr Patel refund you?
Agent Page: Listen I hate to text or giving information without a reply
What's the problem please?
Cyril to Agent Page: Dear Agent. Page
For goodness sake sir! you are beginning to sound like that idiot Mr. Mark. He used to say the same sort of things. Therefore, I shall tell you the same thing that I used to tell him when he acted up. Show a little patience. I can't be at your beck and call 24/7 when I am in the middle of trying to arrange a refund. I am awaiting Mr. Patel to email me over the paperwork that Maria will need to complete so that I can get my £570 refunded. Once I get the paperwork from Mr. Patel I shall email it to Maria for her immediate attention. Hopefully once she has received it she will not take too long returning it completed.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Agent Page: So sorry but you know that am doing all this thing because of you, if you don't ask that I will contact you I can't, so you can do anything of your desire and choice, just that to know if you receive my messages, even right now am busy but I have to finish up with you, so feel comfortable, I hope you later communicate with Maria okay
Cyril to Agent Page: Dear Agent. Page
Good news. Mr Patel has just emailed me the paperwork that Maria needs to complete and then return to me. I will then nip back to the village and hand it to Mr. Patel who will then issue me the refund. Once I have the £570 in my possession I shall get on the bus, but I won't forget about us, so don't put the blame on me. I will then travel to my bank's branch in Southampton and transfer the £570 along with the £2200 into the account you kindly provided. Obviously everything depends on how quickly Maria returns the completed paperwork. I will keep you updated as things progress.

Another fail. Will I ever find a Lad willing to complete MoneyGram's Form G?
Cyril: Dear Maria
Please find attached the paperwork you need to complete and return to me so that I can obtain the refund from MoneyGram. Please do not take too long completing everything as Agent Page is eager to proceed.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Maria: Listen I have even tell you that I can't do anything again with you, please I don't want to lose my job rather investigate me through the my account which you already restricted but to go through your messages or any information about you I won't do such, you have totally made my feelings and life boring, even if it warrants that I will go to jail through the FBI threats , I can't but, to exchange more text with you I will stop that immediately okay
Cyril: Dear Maria
What does your email mean? Are you refusing to help me get the refund? If that's the case I shall certainly have to hand the problem over to Agent Page to sort out. There is no way that I'm moving forward without the return of my £570. And to get that I need that paperwork I sent you completed and returned to me. Think about what you're doing. Don't make your life any more shitty than it already is at the moment.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Maria: You have to go to hell and I think that you are stupid by saying such a word.... Am here talking about my restricted account and you are here talking rubbish, they are still threating me, even my boss asked if am still receiving your messages but I denied everything, so you have to complete everything with him okay than getting me involve okay
Cyril: Dear Maria
Calm down. Your restricted account is not the most important matter at this moment in time. What's important is getting my refund so that I can get my $55 million delivered. Once I get my hands on it I will gladly send you a couple of million USD to make up for any inconvenience you have encountered. Now, complete the paperwork and send it back to me. The sooner you do that the sooner everybody is happy.
Toodle-pip
Cyril
Maria: I can't do that as I promise you and I swear I will not text you again okay, just have it in mind, go and finish every transaction you have with Mr Mark please... Am I the one to deliver your funds? Even if you bribe me I can't and listen I will use this to judge you if you think that you're wise without leaving my peace okay
Cyril: Dear Maria
You need to complete the paperwork because you were the recipient of the $750. Your name is on the receipt so Mr. Mark can not complete the paperwork I sent you. As for the couple of million USD that I mentioned I would send you. It wasn't a bribe, it was a gesture of good will. I know that you are going through so much at the moment, but you must believe there is light at the end of the tunnel if you just keep traveling enough.

Maria: To be sincere with you even if you like just complain from now till end I won't view the paperwork or text you even if you threat me, I won't just report it to the FBI Agent or my manager, I have said my last word and am strongly believe to do so
Cyril: Dear Maria
I'm trying to help you. Surely you can see that? I don't want to have to tell Agent Page or that idiot Mr. Mark about your refusal to assist me. Complete the paperwork and send it back to me.

Maria: Never will I do any instructions from you okay
Perhaps Agent Page can talk some sense into Maria. After all he did contact Cyril requesting an update a couple of hours after Maria's last email.
Agent. Page: I have to text you up because I didn't hear from you till now and you have to understand that usa time zone is different from yours, so what's your decision and how do you go with her
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
It is with a heavy heart that I write this. I have to tell you that Maria is refusing to complete the paperwork that will allow me to obtain the refund of the £570 I sent her. I want my money refunded before I will proceed with any further payments. I will leave it with you to get Maria to do what is necessary. Let me know how you get on.

Cyril:Dear Agent. Page Have you read my last email and been able to act on it? You need to get Maria to see sense if we are to move on in a timely manner. Toodle-pip Cyril Agent. Page:I receive your messages but am thinking of what to do because I can't force her but it seems if I will ask my lawyer to work on it or you will be able to give me a lawyer from usa to work on that Cyril:Dear Agent. Page How would I know any lawyers in the USA? I am a UK citizen living in the UK. I thought that you were aware of that. If you could get your lawyer to work on it that would be wonderful. I would of course be willing to add any extra legal fees incurred to the £2200 once we have reached a satisfactory conclusion to the refund problem. I still do not understand why Maria is being so difficult. We're all working towards the same goal after all. Toodle-pip Cyril Agent. Page:Okay Cyril:Dear Agent. Page Thank you. And while you have a word with your lawyer stateside. I will nip into the village and explain what's going on to Mr. Patel. He may be able to offer some advice that may be useful. Perhaps he has even encountered this very problem in the past. Toodle-pip Cyril Agent. Page:Okay Cyril:Dear Agent. Page I have had a word with Mr. Patel and although he has not encountered the problem of a recipient being too stubborn to complete Form G he has had an occasion where a recipient passed away before collecting the funds that were sent to them. On that occasion the sender was able to obtain a refund by having the recipients next of kin complete Form G in the recipients stead. Mr. Patel suggested that you or the lawyer complete form G. Once you have done that you will need a notarised letter explaining the circumstance for said action. I have attached a copy of form G to this email just in case Maria will not provide you with her copy. Toodle-pip Cyril Agent. Page:This attachment you sent is not my duty to do so How dare you said such a thing am I Maria to work on behalf of that, but I will deliver it to the lawyer or once the lawyer contact you, just send it to him so that he will work on that, am just FBI Agent okay Cyril:Dear Agent. Page Keep your hair on! There's no need to get all hoity-toity. I was only trying to be helpful. Toodle-pip Cyril Agent. Page:Okay Agent. Page: f? ?@gmail.com Agent. Page:That's the lawyer email incase you are contacting by him as I told him Cyril didn't need to contact the lawyer, he contacted Cyril.Mr. Frank:I am Attorney Frank, From the United States Government, "page told me to contact you", standing on the existing protocol, I will like you to brief me little about what has been going on with your fund's, let me know the condition of your fund's now, before I will start my lodgement as the rules and regulations demand, Regards Attorney Frank. Let's try again.
Cyril: Dear Mr. Frank
The situation is complex, but at this moment in time I am only interested in obtaining my refund from MoneyGram. I had hoped that Agent. Page would have fully briefed you, but the bottom line is I need you to complete the relevant documentation that will allow me to obtain my refund. You will need to complete MoneyGram's Form G. You will also need to provide a notarised letter explaining that you are acting as Maria Redacted representative. Maria refuses to complete Form G for some reason and this is the only solution to the problem. I have attached Form G to this email for your immediate attention. I will of course leave the wording of the notarised cover letter to you. Once you have completed Form G and written the cover letter, return them to me so that I can present them to Mr. Patel for a full refund of the £570 I sent Maria.

Almost 24 hours pass.
Mr Frank: From my little in investigation, I found out that Maria, is not being straight forward or transparent in this transaction, so the FBI and Homeland security over here are into investigation too on how to get her arrested, At this moment, I want you to focus on how to make the required payment of £2200 to complete this transaction, and get your fund's delivered without any delays or excuses again. Because all the required and necessary documents are ready.
Congratulations Cyril
Regards
Attorney Frank.
Cyril: Dear Mr. Frank
I did not instruct you to investigate Maria. All you need to be focusing your attention on is completing Form G and the notarised cover letter. Without them I can not obtain my refund and until I get that I shall not be making the £2200 payment. I suggest that you forget about playing detective and instead get on with the task you were employed to do.

Agent. Page: How are you doing because I don't hear from you till now?
Cyril: Dear Agent. Page
There is nothing of any importance to report at the moment. I shall update you as soon as Mr. Frank the lawyer has completed the task he was employed to do.
