This lad is shipping 32 million USD to Cyril. I'm only posting the last couple of email exchanges just to show what scum these scammers are. The lad wanted £4,600 for the delivery of the funds.

Will Dr. Nicholas find a thread of decency in his cold heart or will he gladly see poor Bethany pushing up the daisy's?
Dr. Nicholas:
Dear Cyril,
Received and acknowledged.
I will update you by next week Monday unfailingly but if you can get the complete amount that will be appreciated so that the official will not have difficulty.
Your fund has been fully insured and nobody can make any deduction until it has been handed over to you.
Please take note of this as it is very important.
The official may likely arrive Tuesday or Wednesday latest.
I will update you.
Regards.
Dr. Nicholas.

Dear Dr. Nicholas
Getting the complete amount will not be possible. I could possibly cobble together £3,000 if I use the money I have set aside for my daughter's medication. She suffers from a life threatening illness and the NHS refuse to fund the drug she requires to keep her alive. I could take the risk and use the £500 I have for the purchase of the medication if it will help facilitate a speedy delivery. I have enough medication left to keep my daughter alive until Friday next week. If you can assure me that the delivery of my 32 million USD will arrive no later than Wednesday I'll add the £500 on to the £2500 I originally said I could pay.

Okay try and arrange the 3,000 pounds as you mentioned as I shall talk to the delivery officer to see how to help out and once it is deliver to you ensure that you pay him the complete amount.
Happy weekend to you.
Regards.

Dear Dr. Nicholas
Thank you so very much for your kindness and understanding concerning my lack of available funds. The medication that I need to buy to keep my daughter alive does not come cheap, but knowing that there is 32 million USD on the way has certainly removed the constant feeling of desperation that has burdened me since poor Bethany developed her serious illness. The worry has not dissipated completely as I still worry that there could be some unforeseen delay with the delivery. I know that Bethany is worried about that eventuality as well. Please can you assure both of us that the delivery will arrive before next Friday when Bethany's medication runs out. I will of course have the £3000 available for when it is needed, but your reassurance that all will run smoothly will go a long way toward removing the anxiety that I am feeling at this moment in time.
