Due to personal issues, I haven’t been giving as much effort in baits in the last couple of weeks. In this case, it was made easier by the bombastic excesses of the scammer.
The scammer’s emails are date-stamped; his name has been changed. My comments are in bold.

Never mind that you are receiving this piece of information from an unknown person, it may not matter so much, objectively what matters is the reality, the spirit of sincerity and above all, the legality and existence of this transaction.
It's coming from a pure heart, a heart without evil thought but a heart with fairness and equality. It's about a fund transaction and the fund is owned by a young boy who is interested in moving abroad to study and invest.
The fund is highly secured and in an official bank account of the parents, but he is the nominated next of kin. In clear terms, it's an inherited fund.

In my submission i never say all hearts are pure and honest, i was explaining what motivated me to advertise the young lad condition and the kind of person i need to handle this matter. I am well aware of evil and satanic people in our midst today and in most cases sub-conscience will not allow anyone that has evil motives to respond.
Inside of him or her her, in some cases his conscience will judge him that this case is not for you because it's like the send of the message know you and the stuff you are made of so do not involve because you are already disqualified, only the ones conscience can speak to him in plain language and that person will over look it and know that this is not his area of operation. For your information that is why I put those words across.
I have been in this business for a long time since 2001 during the era of the political unrest in the Democratic Republic of Congo, back then my dad has a house very close to the Refugee camp in the Kasoa area, so some of the refugees who use to come around our house told me about their case and how someone in Ghana can help them receive their belongings, with the help of my classmate who is a custom officer we took some steps and succeeded in it and the guy connected me to other people we worked on their matter and that is why i became an agent who helped them to move their family valuables successfully in Ghana, and i helped them to deposit it in the security company.
Many of these stories are true but unfortunately scammers took over the process and used it to scam people. This story made me believe that every imitation came from the original, because if there is no original, imitators or fabricators will have no idea to copy or imitate, so it's a traditional truth that fake came from the original. If there is no original, a fake cannot be produced.
If you are interested in the transaction with goodwill to help the boy let me know, you have known what we want and I believe your conscience should speak to you with the language you will understand.

It sounds funny and you must know that we are in a global village and we are close door neighbors to each other so if you are interested to discuss the substantive matter you can proceed or we draw the curtains at this point.

First of all, looking at the amount involved is the first point of call to know what the financial laws say about transferring it out of the financial jurisdiction of Ghana. Having checked that, the law requires that we give authentic proof of why we want to transfer this fund out of Ghana and the possible requirements.
It will require lot's of approvals from governments agencies, acquisition of documentation which costs money and at the end it's under probability so the next question that comes to mind is what is the best automatic way to get this money out without encountering all these problems and the answer is through ATM DEBIT CARD.
