Sometimes a scammer doesn’t understand what he’s writing. He just tosses out phrases and expects them to have the required effect… and gets confused when pressed for an explanation.
The scammer’s emails are date-stamped; his name has been changed. My comments are in bold.

It was stated clearly on paragraph five(5) in the Guaranteed Contract Bond Certificate that without a Foreign Partner that under no circumstances must the shipment be released to Young Mark Knight without a Foreign Partner what had being homosexual got to do with this? Apparently the USMC rates marksmanship on a scale of 1-250 (trivia note; Lee Harvey Oswald had ratings in marksmanship of 212 and 191).

The other thing is that you keep talking about "Young Master Mark Knight", stressing his youth as you talk about his need for a "Foreign Partner".
Given all that, it's logical to conclude that you need a man-friend for him to complete the business. Colonel, that is not how I roll.
