I know that you may not understand the message I sent to you, but the truth is that France has been in Africa for decades mining mineral resources like Uranium, Coal, Crude Oil, Gold etc. They have been selling to countries like China and the rest of the world. The system of payment has been cash payment. Those cash payments and Golds they planned to transport back to France through Diplomatic Courier Company, but they could not due to military take over of government (Coup D'etat), which drove away France Ambassadors, closed their embassies, drove away her military biases and her citizens.
