I’m sure that most baiters have encountered scammers who used voice-changers, mostly to pass as women by using the chipmunk on helium setting.
But then we have "Kevin Watson of the FBI", who had one of the worst morphers in the history of scamming; one that made him sound like something from a cheap horror flick or a bad sci-fi movie. Given how soft and feeble his real voice was, it's not so surprising that he'd want to sound different.
The scammers' names have been changed; their emails are date-stamped. My comments are in bold.
I’ve received several variations on this “I am one of those that took part in the Compensation in Nigeria” scripts over the years, and had mixed success baiting them.
