This scammer requested to add me on FB, started out the typical "Trying to get to know me to be friends" and quickly turned to asking me for assistance. I decided to test his real dedication to improving his life by trying to give him a (non-existing) job. Turns out predictably.

I decided to put him through what we in the west dread... filling out the dreaded Job Resume...

NOTE: I do NOT have a wife, but did use Google to find area's and places in Ghana to give my story credibility. I've found with these scammers they don't know you can go on google maps and find locations in their area/country and if you talk about them they tend to believe you. I did this to give my fake wife credibility and he fell for it. This bait is on going but he's pretty close to breaking.

I also "Bought" the VW bug to annoy him, as I figured me spending a lot of money, while denying him any money would upset him. Then to add to the pain I had him participate in the praise of my purchase.

I think this scammer is done with me, he's stopped responding. It kinda shows he wants a hand out and not a hand up. He's responded a few times since this last night, I ignored them as I wanted to give him time to simmer as he looked forward to possible money. Boy did he blow up my messenger. The way he talked of finding a bank account makes me wonder if he is going to get some other person he is talking to to give him money. I was thinking of trying out a "Demo bankaccount" and taking a screen shot and edit a few things to make it look legit and "Send" him the money. Then when the person who is supposed to get it tells him it didn't arrive I can then blame that the other person is trying to steal his money. Not sure how I feel about this if it's some innocent person in the US he cons to give him bank account details. I am also thinking of sending him a fake check as I do have the "Chicken Check" that someone made for me as a gift scambaitingforum.com/thread/1495/introducing-commemorative-chicken-check. With that the draw back is I would have to travel out of state to mail that to avoid giving away my location.

I sometimes amaze myself in what I will do to sell a story I create... I think this might be the most evil thing I've done and I would love to be a fly on the wall when this scammer reads the messages from my "Doctor friend". I used a fake text generator to create the conversation I sent him, I tweaked a few things in the fake text and wonder if he will pick up on the fact that the screenshot I sent him makes it appear I was in Ghana when I sent that, I did use the cellphone carrier of a popular Ghana cell phone company.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

This is rare for me, for a scammer to give me so much personal information. NTM he totally bought my backstory and was to the point spooked by it that he does appear to be deleting his facebook page. It was his personal facebook page and had pictures of him and his band mate. There is also an image to a music "Video" he released on Youtube. I found it and it was meh, there is just an image of him and his friend with them rapping in the background.

In this image his profile pic and banner pic suddenly disappeared right after he told me good bye. I don't feel sorry considering if you read the conversation he was trying to guilt trip me bad into giving him money and he couldn't keep any of his stories straight. The phone he was using changed twice (he sent two images of two completely different phones, forgetting what he had sent earlier). He also started out borrowing his brothers phone but had to give it back... but then days later it was his friends phone that he had to give back and which was why I needed to hurry and send him money. Also he claimed early in the conversation that he couldn't afford the internet and had to use his phone which needed to be repaired (followed by an image of a phone twice in total that was of two different phones). Yet after saying he couldn't afford the internet in the conversation (trying to pity money out of me) he got VERY upset when I said he was a "Yahoo boy"... to the point where it seemed to make him angry.

This is a first, scaring a scammer off the internet as he actually believed my story of being a foreign investor in his country and frequent traveler and employer in his country.

NOTE THIS WAS THE 2nd time I made a mistake in my correspondence with this scammer. I unsent two photos I sent him after I remembered what I had him listed under on my burner phone number account. It would of given away that I knew he was a scammer. I was at work and was able to answer a couple calls before fixing my mistake and he thankfully didn't get a chance to see the earlier two photos. The other mistake I made in the past... when I sent him the fake SMS text from my "friend" in his country, he saw the phone service provider and believed I was in his country... he didn't notice what "Time" the fake text was sent though, cause after sending it I quickly looked up what time it was in Ghana and there was no way that text exists unless I was a time traveler... he didn't noticed it was hours earlier than when that text was supposedly sent.

NOTE: This is a hold over from a VERY short lived scambait that happened in the past day. I had someone else randomly message me with the typical script. I told them I wasn't doing too good and they asked why. I told them I was having trouble with my Flamanger... (First made up word I could think of that I knew wouldn't appear in google). This caused the other scammer to break script and ask what a Flamanger was and we started talking about ailments... I then ended it with me asking why "She" randomly messaged me just to find out about my having a bad time and that it was kinda strange to randomly contact them and ask about their horrible day. I am pretty sure "She" didn't know how to get the scam back on track and they stopped messaging me. I decided to reuse this word I made up an hour earlier with this scammer too.

NOTES and personal thoughts on this bait thus far. I have been recently ignoring his messages and putting him on mute. I will randomly post stuff on my Facebook page etc... and do my normal things but made sure to wait hours between reading what he wrote. I figured this would make him angry and feel like he was being ignored. He would then respond by liking random photos I post online, or memes I would share. I rare if never share any photos of myself on Facebook... which is a plus in many ways so this scammer has no clue what I look like. I am not really that vain of a person and not really interested with my image appearing anywhere like everyone else... some people seem to live on how man photos of themselves they can fit online...

I am pretty sure he would like random posts by me to try and remind me he exists and finally read his messages... which works... kinda... cause I know after he does that I need to wait a few more hours to finally reply. He also put his facebook image as that of a small dog... which I have a small dog too... as that was one of the photos he liked... and shortly after liking that he changed his profile picture from nothing to that of a small furry dog like mine. I tried to google image search this dog and couldn't find any results.

I think earlier when he removed his facebook profile picture and banner picture it was possibly done to avoid me "Finding" him... as he is totally into the store I weaved that I have contacts in his country, and that I told him several times in the past that my Dr. Friend needed to take pictures of him when he came to visit him so we know how to find him later on if needed. I think I got him scared to show photos of him online.

Also I wanna share this following image as I fell in love with it...

Given how poorly written what he wrote was... I like to think he was fuming with anger as he wrote me that and it VERY angry with me. It reads like the sort of message that someone about to work himself into a stroke would write.

ALSO for those who want to know what this fools song sounds like, he has released one song to Youtube. I think I might of finally went too far with this scammer... I was worried about this last night, cause I did get kinda heavy on the threats. I partially counted on criminal not wanting Facebook to know about their conversations to report someone for threats. This scammer I think is scared to talk to me again... although I have written this scammer off before and yet he came back days later...

Also if I had a nickel for every time he said he was blocking me... I'd have enough money to match all of Mr. Pricky's superchats for one live stream.

At the end I adopted the persona I did because of something a friend of mine said in response to a page of this chat with the scammer I shared with him. He said it sounded like a discussion between criminals, with one of them being a godfather of the mafia and the other a bumbling street criminal who was studdering to come up with responses to give. So at the end I decided to be the overt criminal mastermind and scare him just a "tad".

Thoughts? opinions? It's been awhile since I've done a long bait like this. I've down a few shorter ones that only last 1-2 days (usually) and aren't really to interesting to share.

Guess who's back... he must be really desperate to keep up with talking to me. Also I think he painted himself into a corner by mentioning his brother. I thought about giving him the vanilla form and see him struggle to fill it out, or even get a doctored version. I saw another bait on here where a scammer filled out a Western Union form with loaded questions towards scammers. I am kinda curious of one day making a form like that and add it to the vanilla US test and see him fill it out
