What do you mean? I send the payment yesterday and am waiting on the ECOWAS manager to tell me who the diplomatic agent is that is going to deliver to me on Saturday

What is happening?  Why am I hearing nothing from you?  I have sent the payment as agreed.  When will you send me the information on the diplomatic agent and when I can expect him on Saturday?

What is happening here?  I have sent over 16,000 as payment for this transaction and now no one is telling me anything....WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?

Fake document?  What the hell do you mean Fake document?  My real bank gave me a real transfer receipt AFTER I TRANSFERRED 16,400 OF MY REAL MONEY to the receiver on the real invoice you gave me.

Ok I will type this slow so that you can keep up.  I AM OVER 80 YEARS OLD.  I NO LONGER TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY AND AS SUCH I NO LONGER HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL FUCKING PASSPORT.  I HAVE ALREADY SEND YOU MY STATE ID.  I NO LONGER HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE EITHER BECAUSE I AM OVER 80 YEARS OLD AND HARD OF HEARING.  I HAVE GIVEN YOU MY NUMBER...  IT IS STILL  516-900-6419.  NONE OF THIS HAS CHANGED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THIS TRANSACTION.  I am not sure if you are incompetent or stupid, but Mr Umukakani has apologized to me has told me this is not the first transaction you have screwed up and he is thinking about firing you.  Don't worry there is always clown college. 
HE tells me to ignore you messages and only deal with him from now on.

Apparently there have been some issues regarding the people at ECOWAS.  You see this is what happened yesterday....

I received a call today from Mr. Umulakani, the General Director of ECOWAS organization.  He confirmed receipt of the initial payment of 16,400 and then told me there was a mistake.  He said not only was there no discount authorized, he also informed me that the entire 30,000 had to be paid before any arrangements for delivery could be made.  I will be able to make that payment tomorrow but the delivery obviously will not be able to happen until next week. 

I just returned from the bank, sent the balance due to Mr Umulakani per his instructions...and he assures me that delivery will be scheduled for late next week. 

Not sure if the first individual I was dealing with at Ecowas was incompetent or just stupid but either way I do believe we are back on track.

Mr Umulakani and I had delivery of your late husband's funds all worked out and I had to reschedule  This delay is on me.  I have had something come up that I can not control and as such will have to push delivery until late next week.
I hope you understand.
